Justin was amazing to work with from evaluating the issues I was having with my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, to recommendations on how I should think about the timing of the repairs needed, and finally providing an estimate that was accurate. Through the entire process he would text me statuses and I feel like I have a new truck with this new transmission. Very clean shop and quality mechanics!

I had a great experience here. My car needed new tire rods, tires and the A/C fixed and they quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way I could understand. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional. The repair was completed on time, and the price was fair with no surprise charges. My car is running great now. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. I had an excellent experience with Clean Complete Auto Care and can’t recommend them enough. Justin truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From the start, he was professional, honest, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my car. They replaced the clutch on my 2018 WRX, and even when the part got stuck in transit, they kept me in the loop with daily updates. That level of communication really stood out and made the whole situation much less stressful. Another huge plus was that they provided me with a loaner car while mine was in the shop, which made a big difference in my day-to-day routine. When I got my car back, it felt brand new!! The work was clearly done with care and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a shop that combines skill, transparency, and great customer service, but this place absolutely delivers. Had a transmission issue. Guys where clear and up front. Cost was very fair. Was done in time frame discussed. Transmission rebuilder was thorough when we reviewed what he did, showed me all the old parts and explained in detail. Highly recommend these guys!
